Shopping & orders

Your cart selections, quantities, and delivery or pickup preference are saved in your browser so you can return to them. Clearing this website’s browser storage removes that saved cart.

When you place an online order, checkout collects your name, email, phone number, billing address, and, for delivery orders, your delivery address. We use that information to process the order, answer questions, and arrange delivery or pickup.

To calculate shipping, we send your street address, city, state, and ZIP code to the U.S. Census Bureau’s geocoding service to determine its location relative to the Mississippi River. We do not send your name, email address, or apartment or unit information to that service. Geocoding helps calculate the shipping charge; it does not verify that a carrier can deliver to the address.

Our order records include the purchased items, quantities, order total, payment status and reference, email address, order date, and fulfillment details. When you call or email us, we use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry and help with your order.

Payments

Online payments are processed through Stripe’s hosted checkout. Payment card details go directly to Stripe; this website does not store your full card number or security code. Stripe processes payment and transaction information under its privacy policy.

Email updates

When you choose to join our update list, we save your email address, signup source, consent, and signup date so we can send news about new pieces, special offers, and in-stock items. Placing an order does not automatically subscribe you.

We use Resend for newsletter delivery. Email addresses and newsletter content are shared with Resend to send those messages. See Resend’s privacy policy. We do not sell the subscriber list. Access to the list is restricted to the store’s administrator.

You can unsubscribe using the link in any newsletter. We retain your unsubscribe preference so you can be excluded from future campaigns. Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not remove your order records or prevent messages needed to handle an existing order.

We use temporary security records to limit repeated newsletter signup requests.
